In light of COVID-19, we wanted to take the opportunity to share the extra protective measures that Caterco are taking all reasonable steps to mitigate any risk of infection both within our services and to the wider community and those most vulnerable – while continuing to serve our customers to the highest standard of delicious food.
In addition to our already diligent standards of hygiene and cleanliness, we have adopted the following practices:
Increased food safety measures
• Regular wiping down of all hard surfaces’, door handles and commonly touched surfaces with antibacterial spray
• More regular cleaning of amenities
• Ensuring staff members practice exceptional personal hygiene
• Monitoring staff wellness and providing education on the requirements of self-isolation
PPE Gloves to be worn whilst both food preparation and transportation
